Post by: chikuwa on May 01, 2007, 03:37:31 AM
Hello all,

After installing avast!4.7 home edition 000737-2,04/30 and running, there comes the following problem;

When I try to open Internet Explorer or Windows explorer, there comes the following error message;
"Not found the kernel library or the kernel library is invalid or the kernel library of this edition does not support DLL!"

My PC is ;
Windows XP SP02.

I cannot access to internet nor my files.
Could you help me?

Thank you.
Best regards,
Chikuwa

Are you trying the last 4.7.1001 version of avast?
Maybe installing it from the scratch the problem could be solved.
Any other antivirus in this computer?
