Title: I can't access my Browser when I have the softwaes enabled...

When I have the avast! On-Access Protection Control icon enabled on my IE7 menu bar I can't access the internet at all. Not even the avast! home site. If I disable it then I can access whatever I want. I just put the software in today and I'm running XP media center. Any suggestions? ( i know you got some) wthomp52

Are you using a firewall?
What operating system do you use?
What version of avast, exactly?
