hi can someone help keep getting the error iam ruuning avast pro 4.7.1001

Do Not know. this log was found in the windows event viewer. all i know iam useing windows mail let me know how to find out and i will let you know thanks

Is the sensitivity of the avast on-access scanner set to High? Can you please try setting it to Normal?

hi i have just set the on-access scanner to normal and the error is still there. what is causeing this? ???

pk, knowing the problem help us to help the other because when we read a error report here on forum we can associate it with the bug you have been discovered. Just my 0.02.
