Title: My Credit Card was charged even though my subscriptions are cancelled.

Hello,

My credit card was charged today for 69.99 CAD. My subscriptions end in 4 days. Renewal was cancelled.

I would like and explanation and my money returned please.

Hi,

According to your system, there has been no charge (or renewal) this year for any of your products ending Jun/18/2021.
You do seem to have a subscription under a different email address (s*******arh@gmail.com - seems to be a typo)
Please use this order ID: 95091402000 when requesting a refund.
