Title: I didn't do or change anything... It's not my fault... (XP SP2 users)

When you have the feeling to answer this way to technicians questions, please, give the ones that are trying to help you a little bit more info.

After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. The diagnostic checks for recent changes to the following:

The Offline Crash Diagnostic (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=8F89050D-AC4C-41AF-A834-BC236918DE5F&displaylang=en) (KB923800) for Windows XP is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes to diagnose and develop corrective action for kernel crash issues encountered on computers running Windows XP. The diagnostic will automatically identify crash dumps, upload the results to Microsoft for analysis and return a URL to a solution that identifies corrective action to be taken to address the identified issue. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.

How big a drag is this on your system and how much HD space does it require
for the information it stores ???

I can't say... Sorry, just after posting I realize that Microsoft only allows this for English Windows and not for mine, Brazilian Portuguese... :'(
