Title: "notiylimit.lock" file in avast folder ?

hi,
I just saw in my "C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software" folder a file named "notiylimit.lock", can you tell me what it is because I didn't find anything by searching.
This file is also present on my other devices

Hi,

This is an Avast file. It is related to Notify Limiter, which limits the showing of popups etc.
