Title: Windows Crash, Laptop Shut off

I have had several Window crashes and my laptop shuts off.  The event log shows this:

User hive is loaded by another process (Registry Lock) Process name: C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Cleanup\TuneupSvc.exe, PID: 4308, ProfSvc PID: 1140.
