Title: Avast Pro - resource hog

Avast Pro is using too much CPU....it is not running a scan in the background. it is not updating or anything such. I have attached a screen snip for reference. what do you think is actually happening ?

I have a quadcore dual thread i7 cpu, 16GB ram.

What version and build number of avast are you using  ?
I ask because Avast Pro was discontinued some time ago, now the paid versions of Avast are, Avast Premium Security and Avast Ultimate.

What were you doing on your computer at the time of this very high CPU from Avast ?

What other security based software do you have installed ?
