Title: avast only works with windows screensaver???

hi...

it's been long time since i last posted a message...coz avast has been working great for me all these while... ;D

however i need some advices today...i installed an external screensaver from www.nikefootball.com...and avast screensaver scan doesn't seems to work with it... ???

avast screensaver just got stuck in the initialization part and never started scanning... ???

pls kindly advice.....thks.. ;D

It should work with any screen saver  :'(

Not exactly true. Some screensavers are too agressive and don't let other programs cooperate. E.g. most DirectX screensavers do this.

I don't think there's much we can do about this... :-\
