I have subscribed to a free trial back on August 2020. What happened was, I had covid-19 cases in my family and I even left work and my laptop was shut down till a month ago. Today, I had an email as a reminder from Avast, as a heads up and a reminder that there's a new payment next month for $40. The thing is I didnt use the avast driver apps whatsoever and didnt download it whatsoever and didnt realize the payment you took back on Sep 2020 whatsoever. Any goodwill or refund can be arranged as an exception?
