Title: curious re: options
Post by: chameleon on February 25, 2004, 02:04:32 PM
Hi All! I am simply curious.

1) What are your preferred settings for the scanning/reports, e.g: do you have all options ticked, or omit some, like the "skipped files".

2) For those who use XP, do you feel the scan is more accurate or better, if you run it via your administator account?

Disable the 'ok' files, 'skipped' and 'soft error' files is you 'know' that your system is clean.
Disable the 'ok' files and 'skipped' if you suspect of something...
Disable just the 'ok' files if you want to be sure that thes 'skipped' ones are really clean or want a 'complete' scanning report.
Disable nothing if you want to compare one av with another.  ;D

Yes, I think so...  ;)
