Title: cancel my subscription

hi i want to cancel my subscription but it's not showing up on my subscription page online, I contacted customer services and they said the orderID can't be found even though it is from the email Avast sent me. is avast trying to scam me? how do i cancel the subscription that I can clearly see show on my software????

Hi,

You do have an Avast account but you do not have any subscription under the email address you used on this forum. You most likely used another email address. If you reply to support and provide them with the additional information they requested, they should be able to locate your order. If you wish, you can send me the activation code via PM (personal message on this forum) and I can look into it.
