Title: how can we remove avast 4 (home version) from our system?

please tell us how to remove avast 4 , (home version) from my machine.  it works nice but  I wish to review another virus protection detection software.  Thank you for the effort and the product.

Hmm, normally, it's under Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel, right? ;) doesn't it work, or what is the problem, exactly?

If it doesn't work, I'd suggest updating to the latest version first. Either by using the built-in updating mechanism, or by downloading the latest setup file and running it on the machine.
