Title: Disk cleanup, are there 3 versions?

Just routine disk / software maintenance today, I noticed this list of software:

AVAST Software - Avast version 21.6.6446.0 (64-bit)
AVAST Software - Avast Antivirus version 21.4.6162.0 (64-bit)
AVAST Software - Avast Antivirus version 21.6.6446.683 (64-bit)
 
Concern, or am I wasting your time (and thanks for your time)?

Hi,

These look like different versions and builds. If you can clarify where you noticed them, we might be able to expand on our answer. Please include a screenshot should you reply.
