does the subscription get cancelled if i delete the application?
trying random things since i lost the order ID and i forgot the email i put it on, i know it sounds kinda suspicious

No it doesn't.

Cancelling automatic renewal of the Avast subscription - See https://support.avast.com/en-en/article/35 (https://support.avast.com/en-en/article/35).

The second option in that tutorial/FAQ should be your route.
