Hi everyone,

there is a new beta version ready - 21.7.2478 (build 21.7.6495).

There are code changes related to the future projects.

Known issues

detection dialogs may not be displayed when full screen application is running
ignored apps in Software Updater component are back after reboot

Also please be informed that we would appreciate if you would be so kind and try our Antivirus product based on so called "icarus" setup (installation and update engine) already used for other Avast products but now available also for AV. Please note that in order to get it, you need to uninstall the current one (automatic migration is not supported at the moment).

is it possible that the firewall feature for free avast users in general can be de?ployed in this version 21.7 or in version 21.8 ?

I don't understand your question? This is an announcement of a new beta release.
