Title: Stop Avast notifications + Quit Avast

1.) On Mac OS 10.14.6, Is there a way to stop getting advertising notifications from Avast without disabling all Avast notifications? I put it on a work computer, so I don't want to keep seeing these requests to upgrade; but I don't want to completely disable Avast notifications in case Avast recognizes malware.

2.) Is there a way to completely Quit Avast without uninstalling it?
