Hi,
I suddenly was unable to connect to my VPNs while avast firewall was on.
I found that in "packet rules" of firewall there where rules blocking ports 500, 1701 and 4500
To be able again to connect to my VPN (as I was used until a few days ago) I disabled the above rules.
I presume the above rules where inserted from an Avast update but I'm not sure.

Hi Emanuele45, could you please post your rules.xml file (from ProgramData/Avast Software/Avast/fw folder) and/or perhaps a screenshot of the conflicting rules? That would help us guess where these have come from. Thanks Lukas

Hi Emanuele45,
I'm sorry it is bug in default fw setting. We are creating the fix.
You can create new fw packet rule - allow ports:500,1701,4500 and move the new rule up.
Thanks
Pavel
