Title: I TRIED REACTIVATING CLEAN UP PREMIUM WITH MY CARD , I WAS DEBITED BUT IT DIDN'T

After my 30 days free trial , I tried reactivating the clean up premium . The purchase failed but I was debited on my card . PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi,

There was no renewal on our side. The trial subscription ended Aug/10/2021. I would suggest that you check with your bank/card issuer to make sure that they actually sent the money to Avast/Digital River. It is possible that they only placed a hold on your card for the amount but never sent it.
