Title: Why am I getting this warning

Several times over the past couple of days, Avast has shown my the warning attached. Last time it happened, I was not using my browser. So, my question is simply this: What is this and from what program might the issue be sourcing?

Any guidance you can offer will be welcomed. Thanks.
