Title: Check for Webcam before Webcam Shield Notification

I keep getting Webcam Shield notifications, even though there isn't a webcam connected to my computer.  This is one of those "I can't believe I have to say this" statements, but maybe check for a webcam before firing off that notification.

You don' say what Avast Program you are using ?
Some might think that intrusive ;)

Especially those people that do have webcams, might not like a physical check, just have a little inward chuckle when you see it and I do and I have a webcam on my laptop, with a post-it arrow over it.

I use Avast Free as my signature states, ads/promotions of other paid avast programs is the cost of free, we aren't forced to buy.
I also get a chuckle out of the other occasional notifications (in the UI) your IP address is visible;)
