avast support says I don't have an avast account, but I access the rules with my email, has anyone ever had such a thing?

What Rules are you talking about ?
How are you accessing those Rules (or do you mean Settings) ?

Since Avast Mobile Security would be downloaded from Google Play, any email would be associated with your Google Account, which may not be known to Avast.

So it isn't very clear exactly what it is you are trying to achieve.
