Title: Avast Blocking Websites despite Exceptions

This is new since last update.  I will provide examples privately.  But I do not want Avast censoring what sites I can visit, thanks.

Please make exceptions actual exceptions.  And maybe dont just blanket ban sites that Norton doesn't like.

Hi, does it get blocked via AV (web shield) or via AOS (browser add-on)..?
