Title: antivirus scan for sub-folders problem
Post by: kerebus on September 21, 2007, 12:25:01 PM
When I select folder selection, I can see the disk drive but not the sub-folders option box.  This happens on the pc running win2000 but not on my laptop running xp.  Apart from this anomaly, everything else is the same.

Many thanks to anyone who has the solution to this problem.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but did you click on the plus sign to expand the drive to see the folders ?

Or is it the actual box that is missing, see image ?

Have you tried running it in the skinless mode for the win2k system ?

Hi Davidr,

There are no + boxes present, just empty boxes for the drives.  See the picture below.  Running in skinless mode did not help at all.
Thanks for your reply.

I'm at a loss here as the plus is present in the skinless version for me.

I believe that the tree structure in the folder selection is based on that of explorer (though I can't say that for certain), I assume that this plus expand folder selection is working in explorer ?

What happens if you happen to tick a box ?

This is a bug in the latest program update. It appear on Windows 2000 only (and maybe Windows NT 4 - don't have a machine to test). It will be fixed in the next program update.
