there is a new beta version ready - 21.9.2489 (build 21.9.6622).
What was fixed
Fixed crash in WebShield
Fixed UI crash in Software Updater
Known issues
Software Updater might report that it failed to update outdated apps, restart should solve the issue

Also please be informed that we would appreciate if you would be so kind and try our Antivirus product based on so called "icarus" setup (installation and update engine) already used for other Avast products but now available also for AV. Please note that in order to get it, you need to uninstall the current one (automatic migration is not supported at the moment).

[Bug Report] - Ignoring an app in Software Updater is broken, always gets reoffered after a reboot.
Well, this bug is still not fixed (and not mentioned either)...
Yes, you are right, unfortunately we were unable to fix it so the issue is still present.
Hi Asyn, sorry I was not precise - when I wrote in the next version I meant in 21.8 in general. As Karel mentioned, there is currently no ETA known but we kind of urge the fix. Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day! Petr

Hello, I can confirm that we managed to fix the issue via VPS update, so it should be fixed now :)
