Title: Chromecast - both buildin and the dongle

After the latest Android update, I'm unable to cast from my A51 Android phone.
I tried uninstalling the software and then it worked.
Is there any work around? I like the app but if I can't cast from my phone, I'll rather go without..

Which software did you uninstall, Avast Mobile Security? Please see if you have the VPN on.

Sorry for being unclear.
The chromecasting worked from phone to both TVs after I uninstalled the Avast Software. I am not using the Avast VPN but my own that is not causing issues.

Hi,

Avast Mobile Security has a built-in VPN feature. Perhaps it was on without you realising it. If not, please report this issue directly via AMS ( please go to > Menu > Help&Feedback > "Avast direct support")
