Title: Are there instructions anywhere for the Bookmarks Bar?

I'm looking for real information, such as: Can you put what YOU want on the bookmarks bar, rather than what Avast puts there?  What happens if I hit delete on one of the many tabs Avast has put on the bookmarks bar without asking my permission?
