Title: Avast - error scan steam/game/ubi/epic
Post by: Arct on October 21, 2021, 01:01:02 PM
Hello

I have a problem with the antivirus, the point is that it constantly detects viruses in popular games or programs
(Steam - x86luncher.exe - downloaded from steam page
Game - Anno1800.exe - Download from steam
Ubisoftconnect - Download from main page
game - dying light - Download from steam
Train Sim - Downlad from Epick Store)

in these cases, avast shows a virus
Adding a file to exceptions causes the game to start, but the game cannot be saved
disabling the program solves this, but every time I want to play, do I have to disable the antivirus?

What I did?:
Format C - installation of a new system - Reinstall avast 2 times - Reinstal Steam/game
I Still the same error - add to the exceptions or quarantine each time

I have.:
Windows 10 Pro (current update) - I do not know what other specifications to add
CPU - Quad q6600
Ram - 8GB
GPU - 660OC GTX

What can I do to solve this antivirus problem

(((sorry for my bad English)))

Thousands of other players use the program, e.g. steam and avast (eg like my friend) but I don't see that they have the same case

(files have been sent )

Hi, sorry - I'm no gamer, so no idea what might be the issue. Maybe other helpers will chime in later on.
