Title: Cannot Open APK Files with Avast Mobile Security

I have been testing the apk scan feature of Avast Mobile Security when installing my backed up apk files, but it just shows,"Scanning unknown" and proceeds to say that it cannot open the file with Avast Mobile Security.

Is this a normal thing? A bug? I'm using Android 9, Huawei Nova 3i
