Title: Refund not issued

Why does it take so long for customer services to send refund on their 30 day guarantee?
The customer service is awful.  Thry dont respond to emails but want me to explain multiple times why I want a refund.
AVAST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP.
I wont be using them again in future.
