Title: Shares unresponsive

We are running Avast on-prem management console and manage up to 50 Windows 2003 servers.
One of the clients is currently experiencing issues where it is preventing users from accessing file shares remotely.
We know this because as soon as we disable Avast agent, they are able to access it.

Agent version is 18.8.2546.

OS version is Windows 2003 Standard

I had a look at the settings and cannot see an obvious setting which will cause this.

Any ideas?

Windows Server 2003 is not supported since July 14, 2015, so I suggest upgrade it.  8)

Avast for Business version 18.8 still supports 2003,

Avast for Business version 18.8 still supports 2003,
But Microsoft does not. Using obsolete software is not recommended, I am surprised that Avast is still working on such old software.
