Title: my license activation disappears from the program ???

hi.

i have a license which I activate. it works, but the license disappears all the time after about 2 days. Someone who knows how to activate it. I have tried to turn off avast in the meantime but it does not help. Someone thought that you should temporarily turn off the internet, but the internet must be turned on in the meantime, says avast.
