Title: Compatibility with macOS 12
Post by: krahulik on November 01, 2021, 08:36:34 PM
Hello,
the Kill Switch feature in Avast SecureLine 4.4.0 (and older) doesn't work properly in macOS Monterey. The client doesn't identify a virtual interface used for routing the traffic and as a result, it doesn't set an exception for the VPN tunnel in firewall rules - blocking the internet access.

We are testing a hot-fix update at the moment and deeply apologise for caused issues.

Martin

Do we have a time frame for the resolution of this issue?

Its been more than a month and this has not been resolved, a VPN that can't be trusted is useless.

No fix to this yet? I'm online and without the VPN that I'm paying for. Whenever I connect to the VPN, all websites cease to load across al browsers. Please let me know when we can expect resolution or money back. Thank you.
