Title: Avast one does not scan

Hello,

recently I have installed Avast One on my win10 64bit, I try to run Smart Scan - but it does not work. It only stays on loading white screen  http://prntscr.com/1yak40t . I even left my pc during the night and the screen still the same.

Would like to know why it is happen and how to run a scan.

I have tried to repair it and restart, the problem is the same  :(

edit:
I have uninstalled avast in safe mod with avastclear. Then restart, then install fresh Avast offline version, again restart and now it seems to work.
