Avast Secure Line VPN prevents you from browsing correctly, Cloudflare detects the IP provided by Avast and blocks it, it is also impossible to download email with the VPN connected, you can not enter Instagram, TikTok, Twitter or do Google searches. The serious problem extends to banks that reject the entry of the legitimate user because they do not know the IP provided by Secure Line VPN.

Please try using different VPN locations. If the issue persists, it might be due to geo restrictions placed by the sites.
