Title: How to turn of Network Scanning?

I do not need Avast to scan any networks I join.  I use a VPN so it is useless to me.
How do I turn it off so I quit getting the pop-up box asking if public or private and scanning?

Hi, you can turn it off in the settings, see screenshot.
