Title: Full virus scan problem

there is shown.your full virus scan is unable to scan ALL FILES,but i scaned more and more Couple of times,facing same problem unable to scan ALL FILES,i repaired antivirus,uninstalled and installed again and again, :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
version is
21.9.2494 (build 21.9.6698.703)

There will always be files that could not be scanned, it is normal and happens with all malware scanners but all scanners does not give this info in the scan result/scan log

There are many reasons why and nothing to worry about

Hi,

You would generally see this message in AV if the file was corrupted or location/path of the file changed/is restricted. Important to see 0 infected files. Nothing to be concerned about.
