Title: Turning off 2 step verification

Hello guys!

I am trying to turn off the 2 step verification because my phone was cleaned.

However, it keeps asking me for the google authenticator code (which I don't have anymore), even when I select the option "Get new recovery code" that says: "If you ever lose your phone or can’t open the authenticator app, just use this code to turn off 2-step verification and access your account".


How to solve it?
