Hi everyone,
there is a new beta version ready - 21.10.2497 (build 21.10.6750).
What's fixed
- BSOD caused by Self-Protection module (mentioned as fixed in the previous BETA by mistake, my apologies)
- problem with script shield not detecting specific samples
- a few application crashes
Known issues
- crash in Rescue Disk when closing it
- a few other application crashes
Due to higher amount of application crashes in the new "icarus" setup configuration, this version of BETA will be skipped for it.

Also please be informed that we would appreciate if you would be so kind and try our Antivirus product based on so called "icarus" setup (installation and update engine) already used for other Avast products but now available also for AV. Please note that in order to get it, you need to uninstall the current one (automatic migration is not supported at the moment).

Since recently I ended up seeing 3 BSoDs within a week.
All of them caused by almost same operation, same BSoD code (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE) with ntoskrnl.exe.
Maybe unrelated, who knows...

Just installed this latest beta (clean install with instup). Restore settings does not work :(

Still having the web error "Network Protocol Error" with Firefox. I have to disable it to browse.
Also having program crashes without error. The Windows EventLog give me this at crash´s time:
Process C:\Program Files\Avast Software\Avast\aswToolsSvc.exe (process ID:3504) reset policy scheme from {381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e} to {8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c}
