Title: Can't connect to VPN (Solved)

I just subscribed to 2months free trial and installed the apps. As I tried to connect to my VPN, I got an error message with the code "MGY9UK". Here is what I have tried:

- restart pc
- reinstall apps
- turn off private network
- turn on private network

(My PC's running windows 11)

Hi,

Please try to switch to the Mimic protocol (Please open Avast SecureLine VPN and go to Menu > Settings > EXPERIMENTAL > and select "Avast Mimic")
If this does not help, please contact Avast support via: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/paid
