Title: Cleanup Install

I am able to choose the drive for install of premium security but can't install Cleanup or VPN to a chosen drive. I am using an SSD drive for just the OS and installing all other programs/software on my "D" drive. Cleanup or VPN will not allow me to do this. Is there a way to choose the drive for install of these programs.
