Title: URL:TechScam detected on a DigitalOcean server

Hi!
I have just set up a server in DigitalOcean to mount a test moodle and when accessing the http://IP/moodle Avast blocks the access because the address is infected with a URL:TechScam.
I just mounted the virtual machine and I have only installed the minimum to run moodle.
Any idea what it might be or how to fix it?
