Title: [False Positive] Call Recorder - SKVALEX app
Post by: skvalex on December 29, 2021, 09:55:01 PM
Hi there,

I'm developer of Call Recorder app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.skvalex.cr / https://callrecorder.skvalex.com/get

Recently Avast started to flag my app as a virus. Of course, I have read the following articles:
https://support.avast.com/article/229/
https://support.avast.com/article/228/

I have already sent a request to whitelist the app, but it got rejected automatically with the following message:
> Unfortunately your provided file with SHA256: 37d5f453ad0594a39fba6c83bb98039a829a02e94d42b82d37438626410ab504 violates our clean guidelines.

But it doesn't!

According to virustotal.com, Avast-Mobile detects it as Android:Evo-gen [Trj].
What is it and how to fix it?

P.S. My app legitimately uses accessibility service and device admin permissions, respecting user's privacy.

I've notified Avast. Let's see if that helps.
