Hi all,
I am currently setting up my Anti-Theft on my new phone but I am stuck at the Anti-Theft setup screen.
I completed step 1: PIN code set
Also completed step 3: Avast Account set
But step 2: Allow necessary permissions - is stuck and I can't open it anymore. I allowed all permissions the app asked for.
I tried reinstalling the app completely, but that didn't help. Also turning off and on the device didn't fix the problem.
See picture for illustration.

I am on a OnePlus Nord 2 5G with Android 11 installed.
Anyone any advice?
Kind regards,
Nick

Hi,
Can you please make sure to enable "Floating windows"
Generally, go to Device's settings > Security /Privacy > Floating Windows > Avast Mobile Security

Hi r@vast,
I activated them (Enable freeform windows) through the developer options, which I had to activate.
But unfortunately, the app is still not responding the way it should.
Kind regards,
Nick

So it is still asking you to allow permissions?
Please try to locate "Draw Over Other Apps or "Apps that can appear on the top" and see if you can locate Avast Mobile Security.
Also, see if you can grant permissions via "Privacy" settings >"Permission manager"
