Title: i cant cancell my subscriptions

Hello i have 2 subsriptions that i cant cancell and when i contact the support i need the id. But i dont have the id nr becouse i erased the mails. And now they say they cant do anything!!
WTF is that so i gone have to pay like over 100 eur??? i cant send a picture with all my active subs butthey say they wont open any picture. What a disgrace company :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

You raised a ticket with us, and the subscription associated with that email was cancelled. If you have other subscriptions under a different email address, you would have to contact us from that email address or provide verification details. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in terms of what was required. Please send me a PM (personal message), and I will assist you.
