cHello!  I was chatting with Avast agents ysterday on Live Chat for hours. They told me to cobtact them again today but I can't find how I reached them. Can anyone
 tell me, please?

Hello, Thank you for replying.
My issue was to do with me providing a screen shot for the agent (which I didn't know how to do). My chat reference was case number: 14801716O. The agebt sent me an  email with a link but that doesn't get me back to the chat.
