Title: Avast Firewall Install Has Broken PC

Hi,

I just installed the Avast firewall, it asked me to restart to complete the installation apon loading backup, it gets to the windows login screen but the mouse and keyboard no longer work and I have tried them in multiple different ports. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix considering I can’t even use the keyboard and mouse??

Hi,

Are you on Windows 10?
You can try to get into the Recovery Environment.
If you restart the system before Windows finishes loading the desktop three times in a row,
Windows should automatically start the Windows 10 Recovery Environment.
Once there, click on Troubleshoot> Advance options> System Restore and follow the
onscreen instructions
