Title: Website Blocked - URL Phishing

Recently I'm unable to access a website even when adding to the exceptions list.
I receive URL Phishing alert, however there is nothing phishing about the website at all - it's a doctors clinic website.

I see 1 vendor out of 46 has flagged this as phishing (Forcepoint Threatseeker). I see they are a global government cyber-security partner.

Do registered doctors clinics websites count as a phishing threat?

Could there be an exception made or is it possible to remove the blacklist?

It says its due to URL: phishing - how can i stop this happening so I can send an invoice - I need the client to pay!

You report URL to avast lab as possible false positive. See @Asyn first reply above
