Title: Avast Premium Security complete scans and boot scans unable to verify files

Avast Premium Security (21.11.2500 compilation 21.11.6809.528) full scans and boot scans unable to verify all files. It happens in all versions of Avast PS, significantly reducing the security and usefullness of its results. Question is:
- What are the general and/or most frequent file conditions causing this result, so that users can minimize the occurance of these conditions in their files?
