Hi,

how can I migrate from the "AVG Business On-Premise Console" to the "AVG Business Cloud Console" ?

I'm afraid that there isn't an automatic procedure to migrate from on-premise to cloud, al least on AVAST and I suppose that AVG is the same.

You have to reinstall all the devices using an installer downloaded from the cloud console.

To safe time, you can try to use "Network Discovery (https://businesshelp.avast.com/Content/Products/AfB_Management_Consoles/DeviceManagement/NetworkDiscoveryRemoteDeployment.htm)" from cloud console and then install from it.

We did migrate all of our AVG customers with AVG remote admin manually. This will be time consuming but it's more safe than any other method. Network discovery needs to put AD logon credentials into the hub which I do not recommend since it's a cloud console where AD logon data does not belong to!
